2 heaped tbsp ricotta

2 fresh figs, quartered but leaving the base intact, opened up.
2 dsp honey
if baking:
oven 190C/170C fan
Season the ricotta to taste. Plop a spoonful into the centre of each opened fig and drizzle with honey. If baking, drizzle the figs with the honey and place in the oven for ten minutes, spoon on the ricotta and put back for a minute or two to melt the cheese.
