goat's cheese, fig + prosciutto

serves one
2 figs
2 spoonfuls mild goat's cheese
black pepper
2 slices of prosciutto

Cut a cross in each fig and open out. Fill each with a spoonful of cheese, season with black pepper and wrap in the prosciutto. Place in an oven dish and bake at 200C/fan 180C until the cheese has just melted - 5 minutes or so.
