greek salad

serves two
½ cucumber, peeled and chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
½ red onion, sliced
60g feta, cubed
1 tsp dried oregano
1 dsp of capers
black pepper
olive oil (the best you can afford)
red wine vinegar

Combine all the ingredients,except the oil and vinegar, in a bowl. Just before serving, drizzle generously with olive oil and splash over a little red wine vinegar.
