gruyère + chorizo tart with a poached egg

You'll find recipes giving you oven temperatures ranging between 190C and 230C and timings between 15 and 25 minutes. I find 200C/fan 180C and 20-25 minutes about right for my oven.

serves one
a 14cm square of puff pastry, edges crimped up to form a border
25g gruyère, grated
6 or so slices chorizo
poached egg
salt + pepper
chopped parsley

Spread the cheese over the pastry, leaving a space in the centre. Nestle in slices of chorizo into the cheese. Bake until the pastry is crisp and golden. Place poached egg in the centre of the tart, season and sprinkle with parsley.
