pancetta + mushroom tart

_serves one
a 14cm round of puff pastry, edges crimped up to form a border
2 tbsps marscapone
3 tbsps mushrooms + thyme
2 slices pancetta, chopped

Spread the marscapone on the pastry, spoon on the mushroom mixture and sprinkle over the pancetta. Bake until the pastry is crisp and golden.
